HOA Notice About Your Junk Car? West Palm Beach Removal Options
If an unwanted vehicle has triggered an HOA notice, call with the exact deadline and location. We can check same-day removal availability, but pickup does not guarantee that an HOA will waive an existing fine.
Call to confirm free pickupRead the notice before scheduling
Identify the vehicle, stated problem, response deadline, and the association’s contact information. A request to move a vehicle and a demand to remove it permanently may require different decisions. If anything is unclear, ask the association to explain what resolves the notice.
Tell dispatch the deadline immediately
Give the date and time, not just “as soon as possible.” Explain where the vehicle is parked, whether it runs, and what access restrictions apply. Dispatch can then discuss the current schedule. Do not assume a booking automatically extends an HOA deadline.
Arrange permission and access
Let dispatch know about visitor gates, approved service hours, towing access, or restrictions on large trucks. Coordinate with the property manager when needed. You must own the vehicle or have lawful authority to arrange its disposal; being parked on your property alone does not establish that authority.
Keep a record of your arrangements
Save the notice, pickup confirmation, and any removal record provided. Ask the association whether it needs evidence that the vehicle is gone. We can help arrange eligible free removal, but we do not determine HOA enforcement decisions, cancel fines, or provide legal representation.
